The under 14A's suffered their first defeat of the season in the under 15 grade tonight under the lights at Whitegates. It proved to be a thrilling game between two good sides when Rovers entertained Arklow United. At the final whistle, it was Arklow who emerged 5-3 winners after an excellent advert for junior football. Richard Carton was on the scoreboard again for Rovers, Sam Conyard, and Zach Kavanagh also found the back of the net. It was an excellent performance from the lads. Well done to both teams on a great game of football.
